BMC Danmark A/S makes acquisition and strengthens leadership

BMC Danmark A/S has merged with AB Byggeprofiler A/S, Nørresundby effective 1. January 2026. As part of this integration, key product line – including Plannja steel sheets and Ruukki sandwich panels – will be incorporated into BMC Danmark’s product portfolio.

Lars Houlberg Svendsen has been appointed as the new sales director, while Aksel Poulsen, Tharchan Ravendren, and Lone Bisgård Rughaven will continue in their respective roles within the company.

This strategic move is aimed at enhancing BMC Danmark’s market presence and offering a stronger range of quality products from renowned manufacturers.
